All banners are shipped directly to you from our warehouse. Orders ship within 3 -4 business days of your order being placed. Before your order is shipped, special care is taken to ensure that the banner and hanging hardware are packaged properly and securely.
You will receive a confirmation email from us when you place your order. Please review this email carefully and contact us immediately if you have questions regarding your order.
When your banner ships out to you, you will receive a second email from us with information on how to track your order.
